The wagyu is cut to allow you to recreate the restaurant experience at home. You can sear all four sides while keeping the center slightly rare, and of course, it remains tender without becoming tough.

We source our Wagyu beef through a rigorous selection process by experienced Japanese chefs who expertly assess the origin, grade, and cut of each piece. How to prepare:
