About Our Shipping Warehouses

JX.Today has two shipping warehouses.

• J Passport Singapore Warehouse
• J Passport Pre-Orders (from Japan)

Each warehouse individually packs and ships orders, which means delivery dates and times may vary. In some cases, items may be packed and shipped together.
The following are the delivery policies for each warehouse.

J Passport Singapore Warehouse

Delivery Date and Time slot

Orders will be delivered on every Wednesday and Saturday, between 10 AM - 2 PM, 2 PM - 6 PM, or 6 PM - 9 PM, excluding public holidays.
The order cut-off time is listed below.

On the cart page, you can select either Wednesday or Saturday for delivery before checkout, but specific time slots cannot be chosen.

The exact delivery date and time will be confirmed in an email sent after you place your order.

Failed Delivery Due to Absence

If you are unable to receive the package, please contact us immediately. We can rearrange the delivery within 3 days of the failed delivery attempt. If we do not hear from you within this period, it may not be possible to rearrange the delivery, and you may need to place the order again.

J Passport Pre-order (from Japan)

Delivery Date and Time slot

Pre-order products are delivered by our Private Cargo twice a month and arrival dates are adjusted each time. Please check the latest delivery dates on the product page of the relevant item.
It will be delivered between 10AM-2PM, 2PM-6PM, or 6PM-9PM, excluding public holidays.

On the cart page, you can select the scheduled date when our cargo will arrive.

Important for all shippings

1. Chilled goods must be received in person. Kindly ensure that someone is available at home to collect the delivery.
2. Please ensure the address includes the building name, block, and unit number. There have been cases where we cannot deliver the products.
3. For refund inquiries, please refer to our Refund Policy here.
4. We will notify you in advance of any delivery delays.
5. If you’re unavailable to receive your order, we’ll leave the items at your doorstep.
6. If you need or request a redelivery, a $15 fee will be charged through our system before we attempt to redeliver.
