We want you to be happy with what arrives at your door. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can look into it.

1. Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes of mind.

This includes requests due to differences in product packaging or appearance, provided that the product received is the correct item and is not damaged or defective.

2. Fresh & Perishable Products

Many of the products we offer, including fresh produce, seafood, frozen foods, and other perishable items, require careful handling and temperature control.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind once an order has been delivered.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are natural products, and their size, shape, colour, sweetness, ripeness, and appearance may vary from piece to piece and from the images shown on our website.

These natural variations are part of the character of seasonal produce and are not considered defects.

3. Wrong, Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, or if there is an issue with the condition of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging so that we can review the matter properly.

Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

For fresh and perishable products, please keep the product and its packaging until we have completed our review, where reasonably possible.

4. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The final amount received may vary depending on any applicable bank charges or payment processing fees.

Please allow approximately 3–15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer, payment provider, or bank.
