How to prepare

Simply defrost 13 ~15mins under running water, shuck and you are ready to enjoy this fresh and plump oyster!

How to open?

Before opening an oyster, make sure to check which side is flat and position it with the flat side facing up.
Then, insert a knife or meal spoon into the hinge of the shell and gently wiggle it to detach the oyster from the top shell that's connected to the muscle.


All oysters are subject to strict quarantine by the Singapore government after arrival, and only those that have passed are distributed, so you can eat these sashimi grade oysters with confidence, and valued for money!
