TORASHO’s tsukemen has long been a favorite among regulars at the restaurant.
This frozen version brings that well-loved bowl to your home.

Prepared by boiling the noodles in a pot,
this tsukemen takes just a little care —
and rewards you with the firm bite and aroma that define a proper tsukemen.

• Noodles
• Soup (with pork belly chashu and menma)
• Nori seaweed

* All items are delivered frozen.

How to Prepare

1) Heat the soup
Place the soup pouch in boiling water and heat for about 5 minutes.

2) Boil the noodles
Cook the frozen noodles in plenty of boiling water for 8–9 minutes.
Drain well, then rinse thoroughly under cold water to firm up the texture.

3) Serve
Arrange the noodles on a plate, pour the hot soup into a bowl,
and finish with nori seaweed.
