TORASHO FROZEN TONKOTSU RAMEN
Restaurant-made ramen, frozen whole and ready in minutes.

FIRST FROZEN RAMEN IN SINGAPORE
When we first created this ramen with Chef Sho, there was nothing like it in Singapore.
We wanted to see if a proper restaurant bowl of ramen — the noodles, broth and toppings — could be prepared by chefs, frozen together, and kept at home until the moment you wanted it.
TORASHO Frozen Tonkotsu Ramen became the first frozen ramen of its kind in Singapore — and the beginning of our JX-style Whole Frozen Ramen series.
FROM TORASHO’S KITCHEN TO YOURS
This ramen was developed from scratch here in Singapore with Chef Sho Naganuma, owner of TORASHO Ramen & Charcoal Bar.
Rather than creating an instant ramen inspired by a restaurant, we wanted to make something much closer to the real thing.
A bowl made by restaurant chefs, prepared properly, then frozen so you can keep it at home.

That became our Restaurant-X Series — collaborations with Japanese chefs and restaurants in Singapore, bringing some of their dishes into the everyday kitchen.

And TORASHO Tonkotsu Ramen was where our frozen ramen story began.
THE WHOLE BOWL, FROZEN TOGETHER
The noodles.
The tonkotsu broth.
The chashu.
Everything is prepared first, then frozen together as one complete block.
Everything is prepared first, then frozen together as one complete block.
No separate soup packets.
No water to measure.
Not even hot water to add.
Take it straight from the freezer, set the nori aside, and place the frozen block directly into a pot.
As it heats, the tonkotsu broth slowly melts and the noodles begin to loosen.

After approximately 8 minutes, once the noodles have separated and the chashu is heated through, transfer everything to a bowl and add the nori.
RICH TONKOTSU, WITHOUT THE HEAVINESS
The Hakata-style tonkotsu broth is creamy, savoury and full of flavour, with a gentle aroma of garlic.
Rich, but not overly heavy.

The noodles have a satisfying texture, while the chashu is tender with a lightly charred, smoky flavour.
It is the kind of ramen you might crave late at night — except this one can be waiting in your freezer.

TORASHO Frozen Tonkotsu Ramen was one of the first ideas we created together — and the beginning of what has since grown into our Whole Frozen Ramen series.
The real taste of TORASHO, at home.
