■ Cooking Instructions

Place the frozen gyoza in a frying pan.

Add 100ml of water and cover with a lid.

Steam-fry over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, until the bottoms are golden and crisp.

Our Chef
Chef Sho Naganuma is part of Team JX and a celebrity chef with a prestigious background that includes working at Michelin-starred restaurants and household names such as Hidemasa by Hide Yamamoto.
Now, having spent over a decade in Singapore, Chef Sho runs his own acclaimed Ramen and Charcoal Grill Bar, Torasho, where he continues to delight diners with his innovative and authentic Japanese dishes.
Beyond his culinary skills, Chef Naganuma is beloved for his warm personality and dedication to community involvement. His cooking is characterized by simple yet profound flavors, offering new experiences through food.
