What is IRORI-GRILL?
Irori is a sunken hearth style where families gather to share meals around a fire. At Hearth, they use a stone-built irori. Using slow-cooking techniques, ingredients are carefully grilled, with the chef attentively handling each skewer in front of the fire. This results in dishes with exquisite flavors and textures.

- SHIOYAKI : Simple salt seasoning brings out the natural deliciousness of the salmon, offering a light and refreshing taste.
- SAIKYOYAKI : The rich miso flavor enhances the umami of the salmon, making it perfect with rice.

How to Prepare?
Heat the product in its bag directly from frozen by placing it in simmering water for about 4-5 minutes.
