The Restaurant-X Series is a collaboration with Japanese chefs in Singapore, designed to let you easily enjoy authentic restaurant flavors at home.

Due to import restrictions, bringing frozen ramen from Japan is impossible. Instead, we've crafted restaurant-quality frozen ramen from scratch with our partner celebrity chef Sho Naganuma, owner of Torasho Ramen & Charcoal Bar.

Just one pot to cook them all

This is not an instant product, but a genuine ramen that comes with real chashu pork. You can prepare this authentic ramen in just one pot in 8 minutes.

First, take the contents out of the bag, set the nori (seaweed) aside, as you'll add it later.

Then put everything else directly into the pot and wait for 8 minutes over high heat.

When the noodles have separated and the chashu is heated through, it's ready to serve.

Meet Chef Sho

Chef Sho Naganuma is part of Team JX and a celebrity chef with a prestigious background that includes working at Michelin-starred restaurants and household names such as Hidemasa by Hide Yamamoto.

Now, having spent over a decade in Singapore, Chef Sho runs his own acclaimed Ramen and Charcoal Grill Bar, Torasho, where he continues to delight diners with his innovative and authentic Japanese dishes.
