How to Cook

Defrosting
 - For best results, thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
 - If you're short on time, room-temperature defrosting also works.

Cooking
- Lightly season just before cooking.
- Sear both sides over high heat until golden brown and caramelized.
- Cook to your preferred doneness — medium rare is recommended for a tender, juicy finish.



*We’ve received feedback that lean cuts of meat can be tricky to cook at home due to their fibrous texture. To make them easier to enjoy, we’ve added small slits to each piece, as shown in the photo.

As the meat can be difficult to bite through when undercooked, please be sure to cook both sides thoroughly before enjoying.
