Umeshu made with a base of fully ripened Nanko plums and 25% Japanese apple juice
Made with fully ripened Nanko plums from Wakayama Prefecture as the base, they've added 25% Japanese sourced apple juice.
No artificial flavors or colors are used.

They use "Tonda no Mizu," natural water from Kishu Kumano, which has won the "Grand Gold Award" continuously since 2002 in the Monde Selection which enhances the natural flavors of the ingredients.

Tasting Note

Japanese apples, renowned for their crispness, juiciness, and sweet-tart balance, blend seamlessly with the umeshu to produce a rich sweetness, with cherry aromas and hints of poached fruit in syrup. The inclusion of apple pulp adds a rustic charm, giving the drink body and a delightful aftertaste.
