Crafted with meticulous attention to blending, this limited edition whiskey combines Saburomaru's heavily peated malt with carefully selected Scotch malts, all distilled in 2019 using the traditional casting pot still "ZEMON." Utilizing only malt spirits, it aims to achieve a balanced and pleasant drinking experience, showcasing a robust and smoky charm.

The World's First Cast Pot Still

The innovative pot still "ZEMON," crafted from a unique alloy of copper and tin, allows for the creation of a smooth, fruity whisky with a lingering finish.

Since its inception in 1952, Sato Maru Distillery has been dedicated to crafting whiskies with a distinctive smoky aroma.
Continuing to operate as a craft distillery, it proudly spreads the allure of whisky from the region of Toyama.
