This liqueur has a sweet and sour aroma and a refreshing taste unique to strawberries, and is based on authentic shochu made with water from the underground streams of the Inohara Valley used for brewing and mixing.

Thye lavishly use rare strawberries that are carefully cultivated at “Minami Strawberry Farm” in Miyazaki Prefecture, using organic fertilizers and almost no chemical fertilizers in order to keep as close to nature as possible.

A Collaborative Liquor from an Organic Strawberry Farm and Japan's Largest Brewery

Through trial and error, they perfected the ratio of strawberries to shochu and adjusted the sweetness to make it easy to drink.
The farm makes strawberry syrup from freshly picked strawberries, which is then combined with authentic shochu made using spring water from Inohara Valley.
Each bottle contains about 200 milliliters of strawberry syrup, making up approximately 40% of the total content.
Only fresh strawberry syrup and shochu are used, with no added flavors or additives.
