Maintaining its refreshing character, it boasts deep aromas typical of malts aged over 18 years, evoking ripe fruits and a subtle smokiness. Its complexity presents a harmonious blend of richness, sweetness, and the lush aroma of the casks. The lingering finish, with a hint of smokiness, adds to its delightful allure.

With meticulous attention to quality, he personally tastes every alcohol he imports, leveraging his connections to directly request breweries to bring them to Singapore.

 Japanese breweries are famously selective, but Mr. Kosho's expertise and dedication has made him a trusted partner, which allows him to leverage his networks to bring in the best of Japan’s alcoholic offerings to Singapore as an official distributor.

His accolades include honors from prestigious organizations like the Japan Bartenders Association and the World Bartenders Association. Additionally, until 2005, he served as the Deputy Director of External Affairs for the Kanto Branch of the Japan Sommelier Association.

Located in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, at the base of the Southern Alps, is the Hakushu Distillery.
