≪How to make Hojicha Latte≫

  1. Put 1 teaspoon of hojicha powder into a glass.
    * You may adjust the bitterness of your hojicha latte to your liking by the amount of powder added.
  2. Add 20ml of boiling water and mix well.
  3. Add ice.
  4. Add 180 ml of milk and stir evenly.

It's highly praised in Japan!

“I usually make it a little thinner... but for a hojicha latte, I like to make it a little thicker so it doesn't overpower the milk. I am satisfied with the price of 100g. I plan to buy more when I run out.”

“I really like the aroma of hojicha and bought this to make steamed breads and sweets. It is useful when I want to make something hojicha-flavored. It has a deep astringent taste and a strong hojicha aroma.”
