[Air Express] Yamanashi Goshō Pink Peaches ±1.5kg (5–7 pcs/box)
Chosen by Experience, Not by Sensors. Intended for Home Enjoyment.
※ Home-use packaging. Not presented in a gift box.
Last summer, this was one of the peaches many of our customers came back for.
And we're delighted to welcome it back again this season.
These peaches come from Goshō, Yamanashi — one of Japan's well-known peach-growing regions.

Unlike premium gift peaches that are selected by sugar sensors and presented in elegant gift boxes, these peaches are chosen through the experience and judgement of the farmers themselves.
Because they are intended for home enjoyment rather than formal gifting, they can be offered at a gentler price as well.

What you're paying for is the peach itself — not the box it comes in.
Their aroma.
Their texture.
Their eating quality.
The things that matter most when you're actually sitting down to enjoy a peach.
Sweet, fragrant, juicy peaches grown with care and meant to be enjoyed at home.
Fourteen Farmers, One Shared Goal
In the heart of the Kōfu Basin lies the small farming community of Goshō.
Here, fourteen dedicated growers work together as part of the Pink Peach Division.
Their goal isn't simply to grow sweeter peaches.
It's to grow peaches that people genuinely enjoy eating.
Every season, they continue refining their cultivation methods, reviewing varieties, and improving their orchards.
Always returning to one simple question:
Will this peach make someone happy?
Grown with Patience
Good peaches begin with good soil.
The farmers use cow manure in spring to strengthen the trees and chicken manure in autumn to help produce cleaner, sweeter fruit.
Grass is allowed to grow around the base of the trees to protect the soil and support a healthier growing environment.
Each peach is carefully bagged by hand as it develops.
Just before harvest, water is reduced to help concentrate natural sweetness.
Most of this work is never seen.
But perhaps that's exactly where the quality comes from.

The Kind of Peach You Look Forward to Every Summer
Peach season never lasts very long.
Perhaps that's what makes peaches so special.
They're here for only a short while.
And when they're good, you remember them.
They may not be selected for perfect appearance, but they're the kind many people look forward to every summer.

Ripeness & How to Enjoy
Your peaches may arrive slightly firm — that’s intentional.

■ How to tell when they’re ready:
1. A sweet, gentle aroma starts to come through
As the peach ripens, it gives off a noticeably sweet, floral fragrance.
If you catch the scent just by walking past, it’s a good sign it’s ready.
2. Slight softness at the bottom when gently held
Hold the peach gently in your palm and feel the bottom (opposite the stem).
If it gives slightly under gentle pressure, it’s ripe.
If it’s still firm, it needs more time. If it’s very soft, it may be overripe.
3. A natural sheen appears on the skin
As it ripens, the peach develops a slight shine or translucent glow, indicating juiciness.
4. The pale areas start to show a soft blush
Depending on the variety, th
e whiter parts of the skin will start to take on a gentle pink or yellow tint as the fruit ripens.
Once they reach this stage, we recommend chilling them briefly in the fridge before enjoying — it enhances both texture and flavor.
※ Keep peaches out of direct sunlight while ripening, and store them in a well-ventilated area.
※ Once ripe, enjoy them promptly before they become too soft.
