Umeshu made with a base of fully ripened Nanko plums and 30% white peach juice from Wakayama prefecture.
boasts the strong fragrance unique to peaches, a juicy sweetness with a hint of tartness, all reminiscent of fresh peaches.

Despite being umeshu, as the name "Momohime (Peach Princess)" suggests, the plum flavor is so subtle that you might not notice it unless it's explicitly mentioned.

Tasting Note

Top notes of peach may fool you into thinking that this is a peach wine, but as you sip this umeshu the floral aroma of peaches begins to blend seamlessly with the tanginess of plums, creating an indistinguishable harmony between the two fruits. This results in a full-bodied, syrupy mouthfeel and a sweet, distinctive stone fruit aroma.
