When to Enjoy & How to Eat

   As the melon ripens, it will begin to release a rich, sweet fragrance. When you catch a whiff of that signature melon scent — that’s your cue it’s almost ready.

   Gently press the bottom of the melon. If it gives slightly under pressure, it’s just right. If it still feels firm, give it more time to ripen.
