The harvested Benisashi plums are immediately transported to the brewery and carefully washed in pure water. Each plum stem is removed by hand to ensure a pure, clean plum flavor without any unwanted taste elements.

Their policy is to provide everyone Happy Always. Since 1716, they have brewed sake for over 300 years with this passion.
The feature of the brewery is the outstanding blessed placement. The city has clean water from Mt. Hakusan. With miraculous water and high-class rice from Ishikawa prefecture, they brew high-quality local sake and umeshu.
