Made with squid ink, garlic, onion, tomato sauce, and cream, the sauce is bold yet balanced — packed with umami, sea-rich depth, and just the right amount of garlicky kick.
The result is a striking black sauce with a smooth, creamy finish that keeps you coming back for more.

Full-flavoured and beautifully dark, this IKASUMI sauce transforms a simple pasta into something unforgettable.
● Instructions :
- Boil 100gm of pasta of your choice with salted water until al dente.
- Put the bag of pasta sauce in boiling water to heat up the sauce.
- Drain pasta then transfer pasta to dinner bowl with minimal pasta water, unwrap and add sauce to mix in pasta bowl.
