A citrus-based craft gin with carefully extracted Yuzu and shochu

Based on rice shochu with 7 carefully selected botanicals native to Kagoshima, including yuzu, juniper berries, chamomile, orange peel and coriander.

The refreshing scent of yuzu and botanical was characteristic. It comes in quick and has a slight scent of rice. The aftertaste is mellow.

The botanicals are selected with the aim of enhancing the flavor of the rice shochu and creating a deep flavor. Made possible with Hamada Shuzo's sake brewing technology, with over 150 years of history.

How to enjoy

You can enjoy the Craft Gin Juju in various ways such as soda.

Honey Lemon Soda

Step 1: Mix honey and lemon juice with Craft Gin Juju.

Step 2: Add carbonated water in to the mix in a ratio of 2:1.

Step 3: Stir together, and you are ready to go!
