A Bottle Filled with Hokuriku's Blessings
It is meticulously crafted by Kobori Brewery in Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture. It exclusively uses the premium "Benisashi-ume" (red-tinged plum) from the Hokuriku region and is carefully aged in spring water from the sacred Mount Hakusan. This umeshu with 7% alcohol content, is based on Kaga plum wine with a refreshing addition of carbonation.

The Appeal of Benisashi-ume
Benisashi-ume is a premium variety native to the Hokuriku region, characterized by its reddish tinge that appears on the surface of ripened fruit. Compared to common plums, it's rich in amino acids, offering a distinctive umami flavor and smoothness. It's also quite rare, as each branch bears fruit only once every three years.

Their policy is to provide everyone Happy Always. Since 1716, they have brewed sake for over 300 years with this passion.
The feature of the brewery is the outstanding blessed placement. The city has clean water from Mt. Hakusan. With miraculous water and high-class rice from Ishikawa prefecture, they brew high-quality local sake and umeshu.
