A special collaboration between TORASHO and Meat Yazawa, the restaurant brand operated by Yazawa Meat — one of Japan’s premier wagyu specialists.
Founded in 2007, Yazawa Meat is known for its strict sourcing standards, selecting only the highest-grade kuroge wagyu from across Japan. Through its acclaimed restaurants like Meat Yazawa and Yakiniku Yazawa, the brand has earned a loyal following in Japan and abroad, from Tokyo and Kyoto to Milan and Beverly Hills.

This donabe dish reflects that same commitment to excellence.

At its center is juicy brisket steak, grilled to bring out the bold, meaty flavors of richly marbled wagyu. Nestled beside it is a generous cut of foie gras — pan-seared until just caramelized, adding a luxurious depth to the bowl.
