About the brewery, Manzairaku (萬歳楽)
Manzai (萬歳) = Always , Raku (楽) = Happy
Their policy is to provide everyone Happy Always. Since 1716, they have brewed sake for over 300 years with this passion.
The feature of the brewery is the outstanding blessed placement. The city has clean water from Mt. Hakusan. With miraculous water and high-class rice from Ishikawa prefecture, they brew high-quality local sake and umeshu.
