KAJIKEN’s Original Mazesoba is built on their signature noodles and soy-based sauce,
carefully balanced to shine when mixed with the toppings.

The flavour is different from their spicy Taiwan Mazesoba —
here, the focus is on depth, balance, and layered umami rather than heat.

Toppings include:

• Diced char siu (pork)
• Bamboo shoots (menma)
• Soft-boiled egg
• Spring onion
• Nori

When the char siu, menma, soft-boiled egg, and special sauce blend with the warm noodles, you get a rich, harmonious flavour that is unmistakably KAJIKEN.

■ How to Prepare (Simple & Quick)

Heat in the microwave at 800W for 5 to 5.5 minutes — that’s it.
Microwave power may vary, so stop heating before the egg overcooks for best results.

While it heats, thaw the sauce, vinegar, and chili oil in cold water.
Pour everything over the hot noodles, mix well, and enjoy.

■ Tip for the Best Flavor

• Once the noodles are hot,
  add the sauce first and mix very well — this is the key.

• The diced char siu, menma, egg, and sauce meld into the noodles,
