Singapore’s Popular Ramen Brand KEISUKE Joins Our JX-Style “Whole Frozen Ramen” Series.
JX.TODAY’s “Whole Frozen Ramen” series now welcomes SHOYU RAMEN from KEISUKE, one of Singapore’s most popular Japanese ramen names.
For this bowl, the ramen chefs at KEISUKE Singapore worked together with JX to develop a frozen ramen made right here in Singapore.
The soup, noodles, chashu, menma, naruto and spring onions.
The entire bowl, frozen together as it is.
Take it straight from the freezer and place it in a pot.
There’s no need to add water, heat the soup separately, or prepare anything else.
Heat for 6–7 minutes.
Once the noodles loosen, it’s ready.
Making ramen in Singapore for more than 15 years.
KEISUKE opened its first restaurant in Singapore in 2010.
Since then, it has continued to create different ramen concepts, including Tonkotsu King, becoming a familiar name among ramen lovers in Singapore over the past 15 years.
This Shoyu Ramen was developed by the ramen chefs at KEISUKE Singapore.
The soup begins with the umami of chicken, layered with the richness and aroma of soy sauce. Onion oil adds another layer of fragrance, while bonito brings a savoury depth to the broth.
The result is a clean, easy-to-enjoy shoyu broth with plenty of flavour.
Then come the noodles, chashu, menma, naruto and spring onions.
Just like a bowl at the restaurant, it comes generously topped with all the ingredients — then the whole thing is frozen together.
One pot. 6–7 minutes.
No opening several different packets.
No preparing the toppings separately.
Simply place it in a pot straight from the freezer and heat.
The soup slowly melts, and the noodles begin to loosen.
After 6–7 minutes, transfer everything to a bowl and your Shoyu Ramen is ready.
