Inspired by Singapore’s beloved laksa noodles, this dish brings together the richness of coconut curry broth with the bold, savory kick of chili shrimp sauce.
The base is creamy and aromatic, made with coconut milk and curry spices, while the shrimp chili sauce adds a gentle heat and deep umami. Together, they create a beautifully balanced flavor that's spicy yet mellow, rich yet refreshing.

With each bite, the flavors unfold in layers, offering a depth that keeps you coming back for more.

For the full experience, we recommend adding: cilantro, a squeeze of lime, and thinly sliced red onion. These simple additions brighten the dish, adding freshness, acidity, and a touch of sharpness that elevate the entire bowl.

Created by Chef Yuki Kaneko, a trained sommelier and the mind behind Series, a contemporary Chinese restaurant known for its refined, multi-course dining style.

How to Enjoy

Boil-in-bag method (about 10 minutes)
Place the sealed pouch in a pot of boiling water and heat for about 10 minutes. Once heated through, carefully remove from the bag, transfer to a plate or bowl, and serve.
