Chef Sho combines his ramen and charcoal grilling expertise to create a marinade that tenderizes and imbues meat with delightful flavour.

With Chef Sho's signature tonkotsu ramen broth as a base, it's not hard to see how this marinade is bursting with umami. Top that off with a generous amount of garlic, just enough chili for some excitement, and you have a clear winner.

HOW TO COOK

Since the meat has already been marinated in our delicious sauce, there’s no need to add any additional seasonings.

For maximum flavour, sear the YAKINIKU on a Hot-Plate or BBQ at the highest setting until it achieves a nice, golden brown color.
Remember to flip it only once during cooking.

Serve the WAGYU-X YAKINIKU fresh off the flame, while it's still hot and juicy!
