It’s one of LUKA’s most popular pasta dishes — known for its rich flavour and elegant balance.

Made with spicy cod roe, mascarpone cheese, and cream, the sauce is luxuriously smooth, full of umami, and never too heavy. Just toss with pasta for a dish that feels both indulgent and comforting.

Part of the Restaurant X Series — a collaboration between top chefs and JX, created to bring real Japanese flavours into everyday life.

Now you can recreate a restaurant-quality experience in just five minutes.

The full-bodied sauce clings beautifully to pasta, delivering bold flavour in every bite.
Perfectly balanced so you can enjoy the whole dish to the last mouthful.

● Instructions :

- Boil 100gm of pasta of your choice with salted water until al dente.

- Put the bag of pasta sauce in boiling water to heat up the sauce.

- Drain pasta then transfer pasta to dinner bowl with minimal pasta water, unwrap and add sauce to mix in pasta bowl.
