【Recipe】Uni Pasta
-Ingredients-
・Uni
・Pasta
・Cooking cream
・Tomato sauce
・Parsley
・Shiso Leaves
・Seaweed
・Olive oil
-Preparation-
1. Mince garlic
2. Stir fry the garlic with olive oil
3. Take some uni in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons and mix.
4. Add tomato sauce, parsley and mix all together
5. Cook pasta
6 .Meanwhile, add the garlic olive oil to the uni pasta sauce
7. Add pasta directly to the sauce and mix
8. Put some uni, shiso leaves, and seaweed on top!!
