【Recipe】Cocktail with Daiyame40

"40 degrees of alcohol content" allows the gorgeous lychee-like aroma, which is the main feature of DAIYAME, to spread further. The characteristics of the ingredients make it an ideal drink for bartenders and mixologists to use their creativity in creating cocktails.

01 Supreme Fizz

Ingredients
40㎖ DAIYAME 40
10㎖ Saint Germain
30㎖  Egg white
22.5㎖ Fresh cream
25㎖ Lemon juice
15㎖ Eucalyptus syrup
5㎖ Uberti for caves vinegar
3drops Toqueen bitters white lavender
60㎖ Soda
2 pieces of Ice
Instruction 
Shake everything except the soda and strain through a fine strainer into a glass. Pour in the soda and finish.

02 Café de Plage

Ingredients
40㎖ DAIYAME 40
1 piece Chocolate tablet (Aruaco)
Espresso (Kenya)
Cacao ferment syrup (Kenya)
Instruction 
Cut the chocolate tablet into small pieces and add it to the freshly brewed espresso and stir well to dissolve.
Add DAIYAME 40 and cocoa ferment syrup and stir well with an electric flosser.
Shake well in a shaker, strain through a fine strainer and pour into a glass.

03 Chest Martini

Ingredients
40㎖ DAIYAME 40
10㎖ Grey goose
10㎖ Lillet Blanc
2㎖ Marienhof rose

Instruction 
Pour into a tasting glass and mix well to knead. Pour 5㎖ of DAIYAME 40 into a mixing glass filled with ice, stir gently and discard. Pour, steer and pour into the glass.
