WHAT IS “IEKEI” RAMEN?
It’s all about the rich tonkotsu shoyu broth.
JX.TODAY’s “Whole Frozen Ramen” series now welcomes Iekei Style Ramen from KEISUKE, one of Singapore’s most popular Japanese ramen brands.
For this bowl, the ramen chefs at KEISUKE Singapore worked together with JX to create a whole frozen ramen made right here in Singapore.
The star of this bowl is, without a doubt, its rich tonkotsu shoyu broth.
The deep, full-bodied umami of pork bone broth meets the savoury richness and aroma of soy sauce.
The tonkotsu gives the soup its creamy depth, while the soy sauce brings definition and a satisfying savoury finish. Rich and bold, with plenty of flavour in every spoonful.
And to match that broth, thick noodles.
Plus five whole sheets of nori — yes, five — and extra garlic on the side.
Add the garlic to your liking for an even richer, punchier bowl.
The rich soup clings to the noodles, bringing that tonkotsu and shoyu flavour into every bite.

There’s no need to open several different packets, heat the soup separately, prepare your own toppings, or even add water.
Take it straight from the freezer and place it in a pot — nothing else needed.
As it heats, the rich tonkotsu shoyu broth slowly melts and the noodles begin to loosen.
After 6–7 minutes, transfer everything to a bowl and your Iekei Style Ramen is ready.
