With a mission to "bring about peace in the world through deliciousness," he continues to spread the message of "deliciousness" to the world.

Sho Naganuma

His culinary philosophy, rooted in the Japanese idiom 'Respect the Old, Welcome the New,' embraces the evolving nature of cooking and the potential for today's innovations to become tomorrow's classics. With extensive experience in renowned Japanese and French Michelin-starred restaurants, he excels at harmonizing the rich flavors of Japan and France. This expertise has led him to a successful career in international culinary consulting.

Tomoki Aikawa

He has visited over 2000 long-established shops across all 47 prefectures in Japan and boasts the most extensive knowledge of such establishments in the country. He curates a website named "Shinise Shokudo (老舗食堂)," where he shares detailed travelogues from these visits. Furthermore, he serves as a distinguished final judge for Japan Food Selection, which stands as Japan's pioneering food evaluation system led by industry experts. Daisuke Yamazaki

The Managing Director of "Yamago Shoten," a venerable conger eel specialty and intermediary firm with over 70 years of history, is renowned for supplying Michelin-starred and famous restaurants. With a wealth of experience, he confidently boasts an impeccable "keen eye" for sourcing the finest ingredients, procuring the freshest produce from Toyosu and Ota markets, where delectable ingredients from across the nation converge.

Yuki Ohata

With over a decade of experience in the Japanese and Singaporean food & beverage industries, marketing, and startups, Yuki has established a strong foothold. She has cultivated an extensive network comprising more than 500 specialty Japanese brands in Singapore and nurtured a thriving community of Japanese product enthusiasts, boasting an impressive 400,000 active members.
