KAJIKEN – Whole Frozen Taiwan Mazesoba
The signature Mazesoba of KAJIKEN — now fully frozen for your home.

From JX’s well-loved Frozen Ramen Series,
we bring a new collaboration: KAJIKEN’s specialty mazesoba, captured entirely in frozen form.
When it comes to mazesoba, KAJIKEN is the name everyone knows.
A pioneer of soupless ramen culture, their bowls are all about mixing —
letting noodles, sauce, meat, and toppings come together in one punchy, addictive bite.
Now, through our collaboration with KAJIKEN, we’ve frozen the entire bowl exactly as it is, so you can enjoy the shop’s flavour at home — just as it tastes fresh from the kitchen.

Spicy minced pork, aromatic sauce, chives, spring onion, and a soft-boiled egg.
The more you mix them with the warm noodles, the richer and more satisfying the flavour becomes.

■ What is Taiwanese Mazesoba?
Despite its name, this dish is actually Japanese in origin.
A long-loved item at KAJIKEN, it combines spicy minced meat, chives, spring onion, and chili — a balance that creates a deep, addictive heat.

■ Why This Bowl Hits the Spot
- KAJIKEN’s signature spicy minced pork
- A house-made sauce that gets better the more you mix
- Chives, spring onion, and a soft-boiled egg that elevate the aroma

■ How to Prepare (Simple & Quick)
Heat in the microwave at 800W for 5 to 5.5 minutes — that’s it.
Microwave power may vary, so stop heating before the egg overcooks for best results.
Defrost the sauce, vinegar, and chili oil by placing the packets in cold water.
Once the noodles are warmed, pour in the sauce and mix thoroughly before eating.

■ Tip for the Best Flavor
- Once the noodles are hot, add the soy-based sauce first and mix very well — this is the key.
-
When the noodles, toppings, and sauce come together, you get that unmistakable KAJIKEN punch.
-
Vinegar and chili oil are perfect for adjusting the flavor to your liking.

KAJIKEN’s specialty mazesoba,
delivered to you in a “heat and mix” frozen format —
perfect for nights when you want something quick yet fully satisfying :)
