We present the same oyster standard as you expected in high-end restaurants!

The oysters are froze live using the latest freezing technology to maintain it's freshness and plumpness so you can enjoy the taste it as if it is live!

How to prepare

Oysters comes with frozen.
Please make sure to defrost about 15 min before preparing!

Thoroughly rinse the shells under cold running water to remove any dirt or debris.

Before opening an oyster, make sure to check which side is flat and position it with the flat side facing up.
Then, insert any knife (doesn't have to be special one!) or meal spoon into the hinge of the shell and gently wiggle it to detach the oyster from the top shell that's connected to the muscle.

After opening, use a knife to detach the lower adductor muscle, and you're done!
