Japanese Wood Sheet

Sustainable and versatile living wood sheet from purely natural wood
Wood sheets that make daily cooking a pleasure

Incorporate ”living" wood sheets into your daily cooking

This wood sheet is made from thinly cut and dried red pine logs from the Inadani region, Nagano prefecture.
The characteristics of Japanese red pine Kyogi are breathability, antibacterial properties, humidity control, and a softly fragrant wood aroma.
It can be used in various scenes of daily life.
Using wood sheets instead of others definitely makes your cooking joyful and meaningful.

Make normal laying, wrapping, and storing special

It comes with 20 sheets with 10 ties.
Wooden tie is made of Kiso cypress, shaved using a hand saw.
The size is 42 cm (length) x 12 cm (width) and best for laying under fried food and fish, wrapping rice balls, and even freezing bread and meat.
Cut sheets with scissors and can be used in any size you like.

It makes everyone happy

Just by using this wood sheet to lay your usual dish or wrap rice ball, your feelings will be conveyed to the recipient along with the warmth of the wood.
